the brief
For this historic home remodel in Tampa, we designed, built, finished, and installed custom kitchen cabinets and a fitted breakfast nook. All cabinetry was made from alder and given a custom stain selected for the project. The work also included a custom range hood made to coordinate with the clients’ distinctive kitchen range, together with a custom door and trim for the butler’s pantry.
Custom Alder Kitchen Cabinets for a Historic Tampa Home
We planned the kitchen cabinetry around the cooking, preparation, washing, seating, and storage areas. Base cabinets and drawers extend around the perimeter, while the large island provides additional storage, countertop space, a sink, and seating. Full-height cabinetry was incorporated where taller storage was required, with the alder construction and stained finish carried throughout the room.
